In China fell a record top-grossing film of all time, previously set by James Cameron’s Avatar. The new record belongs to the latest part of the movie based on the popular series of toys from the ’80s, Transformers. Full title of the fourth part franchise is: Transformers: Age of Extinction, the film grossed over $ 222 million in the first ten days, it’s more than in the USA. Worldwide the movie has generated over $ 575,000,000 in less then two weeks.
Chinese actor Han Gengowi and a very popular and beautiful actress Li Bingbing, who played the episodes in American blockbusters Iron Man 3 and the latest installment of the X-Men are playing parts in the new Transformers movie,for sure it was partly responsible for the commercial success of the movie in China.
Director Michael Bay made sure that the film have local Chinese accents, which definitely pleased the people of the Middle Kingdom, the second film market in the world.
The premiere took place in Hong Kong. Director and main roles performer: Mark Wahlberg and Nicola Peltz were present there to promote the movie.
